We expect no changes compared to last year’s model. The 2024 Suburban is most efficient when equipped with the diesel engine, with EPA ratings of 21 mpg in the city and 27 mpg highway for rear-drive models. The 5.3-liter V-8 engine is estimated to return 15 mpg in the city, one mile per gallon less than the 6.2-liter V-8. while both V-8s are rated up to 20 mpg on the highway.
